   Trinity’s search committee and Council are delighted to introduce you to Pastor Dave Young, whom we believe the Lord may be calling to serve at Trinity in the future. Dave, his wife Maryanne, and their younger daughter Hannah will be with us this coming Sunday. Many of you perhaps will meet them this week as they will spend time with us at a number of Genesis events. But for those of you who don’t know them yet, here’s some info about him.
   As the lead pastor of Alliance Bible Church in Houston, TX since 2012, Dave has helped this church love God and their city. From 2006 to 2011, Dave pastored an international church in Bangkok, Thailand, so he understands well the unique opportunities and dynamics that come with a diverse and mobile congregation.
   This Sunday he will be sharing some of his personnel story with us.  In each the same verse is a part of the story; some folks say they have a life verse – this must be Dave’s: Prov. 3:5-6.
   After the sermon you are invited to a question and answer time up in the Salle Calvin where you can get to know Dave and Maryanne even better.

   Le conseil de Trinity et son comité de recherche du prochain pasteur sont heureux de vous présenter le Pasteur Dave Young, que nous croyons nous être envoyé par le Seigneur afin de servir notre église dans un futur proche. Dave, son épouse Maryanne, et leur fille cadette Hannah seront des nôtres ce Dimanche. Beaucoup d’entre nous le rencontreront sûrement cette semaine alors qu’il participera à de nombreux évènements à Genesis. Mais pour les autres, voici quelques informations le concernant.
   En tant que pasteur principal de l’Alliance Bible Church de Houston, Texas depuis 2012, Dave a aidé cette église à aimer Dieu et leur ville. De 2006 à 2011, Dave fut le pasteur d’une église internationale à Bangkok, Thailand, il cerne donc très bien l’unique opportunité et la dynamique que représente une congrégation diverse et mobile.
   Ce Dimanche, il nous partagera un peu de son histoire personnelle.  Et ce verset en est une partie intégrante; certzins disent que l’on a tous un verset qui nous suit tout au long de notre vie – celui-ce doit être celui de Dave: Prov. 3:5-6.
